How to Order

Ordering your personalised gift journals on this website is really easy.

Simply add your favorite journal to your shopping cart  (click from the main navigation)

Check out, and you’re set!

We’ll confirm the order via email and ship your items asap.

If in the event that you are experiencing any technical issues, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will assist you with your order.


Delivery Information

Your order will be processed as soon as we have received proof of payment.

Delivery is dependant on destinations within South Africa, and therefore delivery can take anything from 3 to 14 working days.

Should you require your order in a shorter time frame, please offer us the specific date and we will do our utmost to get it to you sooner.

We will, as far as possible, keep the delivery charges as low as possible.  The cost varies depending on location and size of the delivery.


Product Returns

Reflections in Motion, want our customers to be happy with their purchases.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchases, please contact us on +27 83 414 7044 or by email at info@reflectionsinmotion.co.za

Reflections in Motion will grant full refunds (less postage and packing) for journals returned to our office in re-saleable condition within 7 days of receipt of your delivery.

If the product is in a damaged when it reaches you, or it has been incorrectly shipped, Reflections in Motion will either fully refund you including the postage and packing, or you may request an exchange for a new product.

This will not apply where the damage has been caused by normal wear and tear or by the customer.
